1. Provisions. 
Rations Drive will benefit the San Antonio Food Bank. Attendees will receive one raffle ticket per food item. Optimal raffle prize will be awarded throughout the evening.
2. Rules of Silent Auction Warfare. (a) Proceeds will benefit the military charity Operation: Comfort.
(b) Ranks will proceed to the front lines to submit their bids on paper.
(c) Troops will pay for and collect their awards at 1100 hours from Special Forces Staff.
3. Operation: Comfort. 
(a) Mission: supports service members who have been wounded in Afghanistan or Iraq, receiving treatment at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC).
(b) Goal: shows wounded military personnel our appreciation for their service and sacrifice.
